Sorry this took so long to get up. I bought this fun little gift over a year ago at a great shop in Mariposa. It had dozens of tiny treasure boxes and, of course, the Royal Flush theme fit with the Texas Hold’em Series, so I snatched it up. Maybe people collect these. I don’t know. I just liked it (although I really wanted the Heart Flush, but they didn’t have that one).
So, here’s the way this works. I’ll try to post more often between now and Dec. 20th — that’s like the last day to mail with a clear conscience, right? Anyone who responds to any of my posts — even a quick Ho, Ho, Ho — qualifies for the drawing. All the names go into a hat and I’ll pick one winner on the 20th. Be sure to check in that day, so I can get your mailing addy. The prize will include the Royal Flush treasure box AND the first three books in the Texas Hold’em series: The Baby Gamble, Betting On Santa and Going For Broke. (If you already have a copy — and thank you so very much for helping my numbers! — you can give your extra copy away to someone who doesn’t read Superromance and doesn’t know what they’re missing.

Thanks, everybody. The first NINE names are in the basket. In fact, I’m so proud of the way I’m doing the drawing this time, I’ll have to take a photo and show you. It’s putting me in the holiday mood. 
Recipe got rave reviews, so I’ll post it today. Yummmm….
And the book we read and discussed was wonderful. It’s called Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver. Very interesting and inspiring.

Being as I am a Texan of course I read anything to do with Texas. So naturally I’ve read the books but I’m sure I know someone to give them to if I win. Of course if they are autographed someone will get the orginal ones I bought. 
However I would love the ROYAL FLUSH TREASURE BOX. oh yeah HO HO HO
