The Day of Love Approacheth

Ah, Valentine’s Day. Aren’t you excited? I wish I were, but after my last anniversary gift (new lids for my septic system) I’m not holding out much hope for a romantic day. Sigh.

But I have some new $1-off coupons from Harlequin to give out so I’ll send everyone a coupon and a newsletter about my Sentinel Pass series if you reply to this post.

You’re probably out of practice because I’ve been so busy with my revisions and bronchitis that I haven’t blogged in ages. Yep, bronchitis — a result of the flu. Can you believe it? I bet you can because everyone I talk to has a similar story. Apparently this was a very bad year for colds and flu.

Here’s an early Valentine treat — the sweetest baby I’ve ever met. She truly is a happy little thing and she makes me smile even when I’m coughing my head off. And she’s very proud of her two new toofies.

May Cupid be kind to you….
Deb

  2. She can’t be old enough to have 2 teeth! Where does the time go??? She is a cutie.

I hope this is the last of your colds, bronchitis and flu this year

I had such sore ribs and stomach muscles from coughing with that awful stuff!

I’m going shopping with a friend tomorrow so my dh said “I couldn’t find the store so why don’t you just buy that cologne you like!” we just had our 38th anniversary so I can take it

  5. Thanks, Marie. I hope I’m done with this, too, but my poor sister has is now and her doctor says it’s Whooping cough. Oh, dear.

38!!! Barbs, that’s wonderful. My hubby hasn’t tried the “can’t find the store” excuse yet, but I’ll know to expect it. We’ve only been married 34 years.

Ruby and Courtney thanks for your good wishes. Would you email me privately? Not sure I have your snail mail addresses.
