My pal Kim Van Meter just found her new cover at Amazon, so I went hunting, too, and guess what I found? HIS BROTHER’S SECRET. My September release.
Look at Shane. Isn’t he gorgeous? Brooding, wounded, yummy.
And Jenna’s just right, too. I love her dress.
The only thing missing is the Bernese Mountain dog, but, hey, overall, I’m very pleased.

And, in other good news, my editor gave me a very enthusiastic thumbs-up regarding book three of the Spotlight on Sentinel Pass series: DADDY BY SURPRISE. Whew! What a relief! Because as you know, I was finishing that book at a most difficult personal time in my life. With only minor revisions to make, I should be able to turn it in next week and move on the fourth book.
Comments, anyone? I have a couple more South Dakota postcards to send out, AND some newly printed bookmarks.
ALSO, I picked Susan and Cathy to receive copies of WHO NEEDS CUPID? I’d love to send out more, but the price of postage is really starting to add up.
Deb, happy dancing around the room with her pretty new cover

Happy to help. Your cover is very pretty. The hero is very SEXY!! Yummy indeed.
I like my cover, too.
The art dept is doing a bang-up job these days.

Ooo, Deb, it’s pretty! I like the colors — yes, especially of her dress/top. The sky in the background. And yes, that’s one yummy hero!!!

Deb. Love the cover. It would definitely catch my eye in the book store.

Thanks, Judith. I seem to remember putting down on the art sheets that Shane had a brooding Heathcliff quality to him. I love a tortured hero, don’t you? And they really got him.
Thank, Kim. I really like your cover, too. Just goes to show how well the artists capture the tone of the story. I wonder if this link will work here. http://kimwrites.wordpress.com/2008/06/10/early-surprise/#comment-219

Deb and Kim…..Your covers are beautiful and touching. I think you both got very lucky. And I’m really looking forward to reading each one. I’m also really glad you got the go ahead on the Sentinel Pass series because I am looking forward to them. Ellen, I’ll take your kind of stalking any day. I enjoy bumping into on other blogs, and really appreciate your support.
Would you like a postcard? There’s one of Harney Peak, onr of the open pit mine at Lead and one of Mt. Rushmore. You can pick first, then Judith and Susan will have the other two.
